How do I place an order?

Add your items to the cart and check out — or simply message us on WhatsApp at 0315 5556044 and we will place the order for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery (COD) anywhere in Pakistan, plus JazzCash and Easypaisa.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered in 2–4 working days, nationwide.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is FREE on orders over Rs 5,000. For smaller orders, the delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is sent to you by SMS and email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

What is your return policy?

Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. See our Return Policy page for full details.

Do you deliver to my city?

Yes — we deliver all over Pakistan, to every city and town.
