We want you and your family to be happy with every order from MAAC Traders.

14-day returns

Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a refund.

Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, water bottles and lunch boxes can only be returned if they have not been used or washed.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at 0315 5556044 or email maactraders1@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and check the returned item, your refund or replacement is processed within 3–5 working days.
